We found that there were certified products (with a hechsher) in stores in Lausanne which were not noted on the Kosher list and few people knew about.
We therefore decided to assemble as many of these products as possible and publicize their availability to interested parties. The way we worked was as follows: for every Kosher product discovered, we specified the location and took a picture of the certifying “hechsher” attesting to the kashrut.

Coop de Grancy and Coop Caroline in Lausanne now have a kosher isle with a range of kosher products for sale. Coop Caroline also has cold and frozen products.

FSCI Application
Developed by the Community of the Interest of Kosher Food (CIAC), the «Kosher App» can recognize kosher products by its bar code or product name. For the moment, the application is only available in German, though it can already be used by Francophones, since the scanner works independently of the language used. French-speaking users will have to select the Swiss German-speaking community of their choice, however.

Store Melazic
Additionally, having found that the store «Melazic » offered some Kosher products, we were informed about some products that were not in their original packaging. The store managers were kind enough to present us with the product kashrut certificate for those items
